I graduated in 2022 from Cardiff University with a BSc. I have worked in the NHS Wales for the past 2 years where I have rotated through a range of inpatient and outpatient settings. These include MSK, hand therapy, community, paediatrics, stroke rehab, trauma and orthopaedics, and general medicine.
I come from a farming family in the UK and have a passion for the outdoors. I have grown up horse riding and have frequently competed in eventing ever since. In my free time, I enjoy playing tennis, running and hiking. I take a holistic approach to my physiotherapy practice and believe in promoting a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

Mindfulness in a Nutshell

Nobody comes to Physiosouth to learn mindfulness. Patients come because of a physical injury, e.g. a back problem, a knee problem etc. Our belief systems tell most of us that a physical injury of a certain degree or size causes a related amount of pain. Like injury X = X amount of pain, and injury Y = Y amount of pain. This is incorrect.
